Shipping Policy
When an order is placed, you will receive an email confirming your order and the approximate ship date. Each piece is hand made to order and usually ship within 2-3 weeks via UPS ground service. You will receive an email at the time of shipment with your tracking information and expected delivery date.
Return Policy
We make every effort to provide our customers with an outstanding, quality product. We will provide a full refund to any order that damaged or is filled incorrectly. Since each piece is hand made to order and is not mass produced, we cannot offer returns on products should you change your mind once the order is complete. If you want to know more about a product or see other pictures, please call or email us BEFORE making a purchase. Again, our goal is make our customers happy and we will do our best to follow through.
